WEBNow, you have to remember, whenever you scale fractions, you have to multiply both, so now it's 6/8+3/8 = 9/8 = 1 1/8. In other cases where the larger denominator isn't divisible by the smaller one, find the LCM (least/smallest common multiple), and scale both fractions so the denominators are equal.
