1. login to the eac (https://outlook.office365.com/ecp/) with the admin account. 2. click mail flow > accepted domains. 3. select the custom domain (acapm.com) and edit it. 4. set the domain type to internal relay. Make sure the on-prem users are using different domain to send/receive emails. Ask the senders to flush DNS records. Confirm that the recipient address exists, is correct, and is accepting messages. Synchronize your directories if you have a hybrid environment. Delete the cached contact and re-send the email to the user.
