Recall Email Outlook Web Access Log-out of Microsoft Outlook Web Access and close your Internet browser. Open Microsoft Outlook. Click "Sent Items" under the "All Mail Folders" section to the left of the Outlook navigation pane. Locate the message you wish to recall in the "Sent Item" messages list. Double-click to open the message. Click "Actions" in the top menu bar, then click "Recall this message".
Log-out of Microsoft Outlook Web Access and close your Internet browser.
