Powered by MachineryTrader.com, TractorHouse.com, and TruckPaper.com, AuctionTime.com brings together buyers and sellers to move equipment at auction values. Auction listings appear in AuctionTime.com's searchable, user-friendly interface. The site lets visitors access listings from anywhere in the world 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Why are auction times auction prices so high?
Sellers are bidding on their own equipment to drive up the prices or prevent their equipment from selling in the event they don't have a reserve they just pay the listing fee and then AuctionTime PRETENDS it got sold and show over inflated sales prices that aren't real for no transaction ever occured. How much does it cost to win a bat auction?
If you win a BaT Auction we charge 5% of the final bid price, with a minimum fee of $250 and a max fee of $5,000. The fee for sales higher than $100,000 is capped at $5,000, thus it ends up less than 5%. The fee on a $1,000,000 purchase on BaT is 0.5%.What happens if you don't pay for auctiontime?
If you are lucky enough to have a buyer actually "buy" a piece of your equipment on their auction, good luck with getting the buyer to actually pay for it. If the buyer doesn't pay, AuctionTime does NOTHING about it except waive your listing charge for the auction.
