Consumer Reports just released a new survey of 13 top diet plans and tools, rated by more than 9,000 of its readers. Top-rated plans include Weight Watchers, MyFitnessPal, and the trendy Paleo Diet. The ever-popular Weight Watchers scored the highest ratings (earning 74 points out of a 100) of the four commercial diet plans included in the survey.What are some good diet plans?
