You will have to setup another user in Quickbooks accounting software for the file so that you can log in as another user on the other computer. 1. Open QuickBooks , and log into the file as the Administrator. 2. Go to Company>Users>Set Up Users and Roles. This will display the Users and Roles window. 3. Select the User List tab.
